Media and investment firms grab space in this prime Manhattan location
September 23, 2016 – (New York) – RXR Realty, a leading real estate operating and investment company in the New York Tri-State area, announced today the completion of leases with four new tenants at its property at 1330 Avenue of the Americas. The new tenants in the 534,000-square-foot, Class-A tower include two from the world of media and entertainment and two investment firms.
Signing leases were:
RXR was represented in the transactions by the Cushman & Wakefield team of Tara Stacom, Bruce Mosler, Mike Nahmias, Peter Trivelas, Michael Biraldi and Heather Thomas. Lauren Ferrentino and Alexandra Budd of RXR represented ownership interest in addition to the Cushman team.
