RXR Signs Leases With 4 New Tenants at 1330 Avenue Of The Americas

Media and investment firms grab space in this prime Manhattan location

September 23, 2016 – (New York) – RXR Realty, a leading real estate operating and investment company in the New York Tri-State area, announced today the completion of leases with four new tenants at its property at 1330 Avenue of the Americas. The new tenants in the 534,000-square-foot, Class-A tower include two from the world of media and entertainment and two investment firms.

Signing leases were:

  • Entertainment Studios, a fully integrated global media production and distribution company, took approximately 6,100 square feet on the 9th Floor. The company, founded by Byron Allen, has eight HD networks, dozens of first-run syndicated shows, over 5,000 hours of HD programming, a film distribution company and a podcast network. Gus Field and Paige Engledrum of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenants.
  • fuboTV, a streaming service that bundles live sport and entertainment channels, featuring live matches, club videos, series, documentaries, and news and can be accessed on TVs, tablets, mobile devices and desktop computers, leased approximately 10,000 square feet of space on the 7th Floor.  Keith Caggiano, Roshan Shah and Gary Davies of CBRE represented the tenant.
  • Amerimar Enterprises, a national real estate development, investment and management firm, leased about 3,300 square feet on the 7th Floor. David Falk and Kyle Ciminelli of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenants.
  • Noble Capital Advisors, investment advisory firm, took about 3,100 square feet on the 7th Floor. Cynthia Wasserberger and Hayley Schoener of JLL represented the tenants.

RXR was represented in the transactions by the Cushman & Wakefield team of Tara Stacom, Bruce Mosler, Mike Nahmias, Peter Trivelas, Michael Biraldi and Heather Thomas. Lauren Ferrentino and Alexandra Budd of RXR represented ownership interest in addition to the Cushman team.
