- National Association of Home Builders Awards Two Gold Honors to Urban-luxury Baltimore Community –
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the top national trade association dedicated to being “the voice of America’s housing industry,” has awarded two gold awards to The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Inner Harbor, Baltimore; “Best Design for an Attached Community” and “Best Landscape Design for an Attached Community.” The awards were given in Las Vegas during the NAHB’s Annual Convention and Exposition, known as the International Builders’ Show, the largest show of its kind for the residential and light commercial construction industry. Several high-profile projects of national significance were in competition with The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Inner Harbor, Baltimore for these two honors. The first award, “Best Design for an Attached Community,” is awarded to the development project that exemplifies outstanding overall architecture both inside and out based upon design appeal, function and creative use of interior space. The second award, “Best Landscape Design for an Attached Community,” is given to the development that best demonstrates outstanding land effectiveness based upon it overall impact and function in enhancing the project.
