Opportunity Fund & Co-Investments
In December 2010, RXR completed a $240 million equity raise for RXR Real Estate Opportunity Fund, a closed-end real estate investment fund formed to pursue office and office-centered mixed use opportunistic investments in New York City and the surrounding Tri-State area. Participants in the Opportunity Fund include both domestic and international investors and are comprised of pension funds, fund-of-funds and wealth management advisory firms.
Since inception, the Fund has invested in, or committed to, nine investment opportunities requiring approximately $226 million of capital.

The limited partners of RXR Real Estate Opportunity Fund have executed on $228 million of co-investment opportunities in connection with these investments.
