RXR Recognizes Top 2011 NJ Brokers At Its Annual Year-End Gala

SHORT HILLS, N.J. (DEC. 9, 2011) – RXR Realty LLC (“RXR”), a leading real estate operating company in the New York Tri-State region, recently presented its prestigious “Broker of the Year” awards during its annual year-end gala event, held December 8 at the company’s premier headquarters facility, 51 JFK Parkway in Short Hills, N.J.

Recognized as the most highly anticipated annual industry gathering in the region, RXR’s year-end gala serves to acknowledge the contributions made by the New Jersey commercial real estate brokerage community in facilitating transactions throughout the company’s portfolio of premier, strategically located commercial properties in northern and central New Jersey.

In recognition of two of the past year’s most significant transactions, RXR presented awards to the following commercial real estate professionals during Thursday’s event:

• CBRE’s Senior Vice President Sam Buckley, Executive Vice President Linda Dow and Executive Managing Director & Partner Patrick Murphy for a lease with Prudential

• CBRE’s Executive Vice President Jon C. Sarkisian and First Vice President Nicholas J. Savage for a lease with The Dun & Bradstreet Corporation
